The original term to refer to this drink was: “uisge beatha”, a term that was modified over the years to reach the popular name “whiskey”.
World Whisky Day is celebrated on the third Saturday of May every year to honor a drink of international recognition, which is why, from May 1st to 31st, Porfirio’s is pleased to delight for the second consecutive year with its well-known Whisky Festival being the protagonist throughout the month of May in each of its units.
The big surprise of this new edition is the perfect collaboration of J. W. Gold Label® and Buchanan’s 18®, which will surprise all guests with 3 exquisite cocktails inspired by the emblematic flavor of this ancient and enigmatic drink.
