Sonora:
Our journey begins in Sonora, where the sun shines intensely over the desert. Made with Bacanora and Campari, this cocktail is an explosion of flavors blended with the freshness of orange marmalade and passion fruit pulp. The crown of basil and dehydrated orange adds a herbal and citrusy touch that will accompany you through the warm sands of the desert.
Chihuahua:
We leave the desert behind and head to the mountains of Chihuahua. Our cocktail combines Sotol Nocheluna with lemon juice, cranberry juice, and apple juice to create a refreshing experience. The crown of mint and dehydrated apple adds a fresh and distinctive flavor so that each sip takes you to the heights of this beautiful state.
Jalisco:
We can’t talk about Mexico without mentioning tequila, which is why we’ve crafted our cocktail with Don Julio Blanco Tequila, sweet Chinchón, strawberry concentrate, cucumber juice, and lemon. Dehydrated grapefruit and seltzer powder create an explosion of flavors that will transport you directly to the agave lands of Jalisco.
Michoacán:
Made with Charanda Uruapan Blanco, pineapple and lemon juice, mango vinegar, and a banana leaf, this cocktail is a tropical feast. Dehydrated pineapple is the perfect complement to a delightful experience that will transport you to the state of Michoacán.
Puebla:
Famous for its rich culinary tradition, our cocktail pays homage to the flavors of the state with Abasolo Whiskey, banana liqueur, pineapple juice, and yellow lemon juice. Typical colorful wafers add a touch of tradition and texture to this drink.
Oaxaca:
We continue our journey through the land of mezcal. This cocktail is prepared with young Mezcal Unión, lemon juice, ginger beer, mole, and a hoja santa leaf with grasshoppers for the more adventurous palates.

Continuing through the state known for its coffee and use of spices with our Chiapas cocktail. Made with Pox Siglo Cero, American coffee, piloncillo syrup, spices, and Angostura Bitter, this cocktail is an aromatic experience. Dehydrated orange adds a citrusy touch that balances the flavors.
