‘EL FESTIVAL DEL CHILE’ ARRIVED AT PORFIRIO’S

At Porfirio’s we are known for our authentic Mexican cuisine, and one of the most important ingredients is the chili, for this and much more, for the first time we present our first edition of the ‘Festival del Chile’ which you can enjoy from March 1st to 30th.

To celebrate this important ingredient in Mexican gastronomy, iconic and protagonist, indisputable of many dishes of the culinary culture for its great flavor, richness and texture that makes it unique, Grupo Anderson’s has created this festival in which Porfirio’s could not miss.

During this edition you will be able to enjoy a Confit Pork Stuffed Poblano Chili, made with roasted poblano peppers, accompanied by tomato broth, nopales salad, cape cauliflower, macha comapeño sauce and huauzontle.

In addition to the food, we will also offer a selection of mixology that will perfectly complement the main dish: 

POBLANITA

In collaboration with Whisky Abasolo, you can enjoy this refreshing drink made with cinnamon syrup, hibiscus and chile de arbol, orange slices and mint. 

MEZCAMARINDO

Along with Mezcal Ojo de Tigre, we present a sweet option, made with tamarind water, orange and clove syrup, a touch of mint, lime and worm salt. 

To close with a flourish, you can enjoy our delicious and crunchy Buñuelos filled with bitter chocolate ganache with ancho chili powder, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, served with honey pineapple coulis.
