From March 1st to 31st, we celebrate the second edition of this annual festivity at Grupo Anderson’s that pays homage to one of the most emblematic ingredients in Mexican cuisine: chile. This small but powerful fruit has left its mark on gastronomy, creating unique flavors and unleashing an explosion of sensations in every bite.

For this special edition, at Porfirio’s, we invite you to delight your palate with the Beef Fillet with Oaxacan Chilhuacle Chile Mole in black butter. A dish that fuses the juiciness of the fillet with the intensity of mole, accompanied by plantain moletes, filled with beans in morita chili sauce, green beans, squash, and baby corn. A masterpiece that embodies the essence of chile in contemporary cuisine.

We can’t talk about chile without mentioning the vibrant drink options at Porfirio’s in collaboration with Casa Lumbre. Try the Al Pastor with Ojo de Tigre Mezcal, an explosion of flavors with pineapple, orange, cilantro, serrano chile, lime juice, natural syrup, and salt. Immerse yourself in the intensity of the Red Hot Chili Margarita with Defrente Tequila, strawberry, orange, bell pepper, lime juice, natural syrup, and worm salt. And for the brave, the Wero with Gran Malo Tequila, pineapple, mango, habanero, lime juice, natural syrup, and Tajín.
