The History of the Negroni
The Negroni is a classic cocktail that has its roots in Italy, specifically in Florence, where in 1919 it was created by Count Camillo Negroni. The cocktail was born when the count asked the bartender to reinforce his American cocktail (Campari, vermouth and soda) with a touch of gin instead of soda. Since then, the Negroni has become one of the most beloved drinks in the world of mixology.

Classic Negroni: Made with the traditional ingredients: Bombay, Campari and Vermouth Martini Rosso, it is perfect for lovers of authentic and balanced flavors. This version will be available at all our locations.
Negrete: An innovative version of the Negroni that adds a Mexican touch to this cocktail. This drink is prepared with Patrón Silver Tequila, Campari Chile and Vermouth Martini Rosso, accompanied by dehydrated orange. This exclusive version will be available only at our locations in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Coyoacan and Polanco.
