Astromelia, Midnight, Ocaso, and Verdant: The Stars of the Cristalinos Festival

A Tribute to the Art of Mixology

At Porfirio’s, mixology transforms into art during the Cristalinos Festival, a celebration of flavors and textures created to honor the purity and elegance of our crystal-clear spirits. Until December 1st, our guests can discover four exclusive cocktails that reinterpret the essence of liquid luxury through the creativity and technique of our mixologists.

Astromelia: The Flower of Balance

Inspired by the subtlety and radiance of its name, Astromelia combines Dobel® Diamante Tequila, Frangelico®, mango concentrate, lime juice, and agave honey. Its profile is a dance between sweet and citrus, with a silky finish that envelops the palate. A creation that symbolizes harmony and sophistication in every sip.

Verdant: Conquering Freshness

Verdant is an ode to nature. With Tequila Tradicional® Cristalino, lime juice, cinnamon syrup, and a touch of fresh cilantro, this cocktail surprises with its herbal freshness and elegant character. A balance between classic and unexpected that captivates from the first aroma.

Ocaso: the intensity of sunset

With Mezcal Creyente® Cristalino Reposado, watermelon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and a touch of Tajín®, Ocaso evokes the reddish hues of the sky at dusk. Its flavor is a fusion of contrasts: smoky, sweet, and spicy intertwine to create an experience as intense as it is memorable.

Midnight: elegance in the shadows

Night comes alive with Midnight, a deep and sophisticated cocktail made with Chivas Regal® Crystalgold Whisky, dark cacao liqueur, espresso, Hershey’s® chocolate syrup, Angostura® Cocoa Bitters, and a final touch of marshmallow. A tribute to refinement that awakens the senses with every note. An ephemeral and exclusive experience

The Cristalinos Festival is an invitation to discover the most elegant side of mixology. Four cocktails that embody innovation, purity, and the art of enjoying with all five senses. Available until December 1st, only at Porfirio’s.
