The month of June is a special time when we celebrate pride and diversity. At Porfirio’s, we join this Pride celebration with a dessert and two exclusive drinks in collaboration with Mezcal Tigre de Ojo and Gin Puerto de Indias, which reflect the joy and color of this festivity. From June 1 to 30, we invite you to enjoy our delicious creations specially prepared for this occasion.
BE PROUD DESSERT
This dish is a masterpiece that combines flavors and textures to offer a unique experience. Each bite will take you on an adventure of flavors, with the richness of the semi-bitter chocolate, the smoothness of the white chocolate cream and the special touch of the whiskey. The strawberry and blackberry compote adds a fruity and fresh note, while the cinnamon sponge cake provides a warm and aromatic base. The decoration with white chocolate cream in the shape of a flag is a visual tribute to Pride month.

PINKY
The first of our specialty drinks is PINKY, created in collaboration with Mezcal Ojo de Tigre.
This is a refreshing and vibrant drink, perfect for celebrating Pride. Mezcal brings a smoky and complex touch, balanced with the natural sweetness of guava and agave honey. The lime juice adds refreshing acidity, creating a well-balanced, flavorful drink.
FRUITY
The second special drink is FRUITY, created in collaboration with Gin Puerto de Indias. It is light and fruity, ideal for enjoying during Pride festivities. Gin and white wine combine to provide an elegant base, while lemon juice and natural syrup add freshness and sweetness. The fruit mix adds a colorful and refreshing touch, making it a delicious and festive choice.
