Two profiles. A limited time to try them.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Overnight: A Mix That Changes with Every Sip<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Some drinks are easy to understand. Overnight takes its time.<\/p>\n<p>The combination of Buchanan\u2019s 18, Frangelico, pineapple, and cajeta milk creates a more enveloping profile, where each ingredient appears gradually. First, the smoothness, then the warm notes of the whisky, and finally a slightly sweet finish that lingers longer than expected. It doesn\u2019t seek immediate intensity. It seeks depth.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s one of those cocktails that forces you to slow down.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Golden Brew and the Balance Between Whisky and Coffee<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Golden Brew takes a different approach.<\/p>\n<p>Here, the character of Johnnie Walker Gold Label meets cold brew and maple syrup in a more precise and direct blend. The coffee provides structure, while the maple rounds it out without overpowering the whisky.<\/p>\n<p>The result has a different energy. More defined, more nocturnal.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a cocktail that perfectly complements long conversations and tables that don&#8217;t intend to end early.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Two completely different profiles<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The interesting thing about the Whisky Festival isn&#8217;t choosing which is better. It&#8217;s understanding how each one responds to different moments. Overnight works through texture and smoothness. Golden Brew through contrast and depth. One envelops. The other awakens.<\/p>\n<p>And that&#8217;s where the experience becomes more interesting.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>A season that only lasts a month<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Both cocktails are part of a limited edition available from May 1st to 31st, 2026 at Porfirio\u2019s locations: Canc\u00fan, Playa del Carmen, M\u00e9rida, Coyoac\u00e1n, Polanco, Toreo, and Guadalajara.<br \/>\nAfter that, they will no longer be available. That transforms the experience. It&#8217;s no longer just about trying something new, but about doing so in the exact moment it exists.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>When the drink becomes part of the experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Some seasons pass quickly. Others leave a specific feeling that&#8217;s hard to replicate. The Whisky Festival belongs to the second category.
