Trompo al pastor is a culinary preparation originally from Mexico that is made with pork marinated in spices and garlic, and then placed in a spinning top or spit and cooked over a fire. The success of a good carne al pastor is in slicing it thinly and serving it in corn tortillas, along with ingredients such as cilantro, onion, salsa and lemons.<\/p>\n
